The Upstate Catholic Business Network will host our regular Breakfast and Speaker on Wednesday 6 December. Please note the new start time of 7:15AM.
Our December breakfast speaker is Fr. Jonathan Duncan, who will lead an Advent reflection. Fr. Duncan served several years in ordained ministry within the Anglican tradition before he and his family were received into full communion with the Catholic Church in 2013. He has degrees in both Medieval Studies and Theology, with graduate studies in liturgy and church music. He was ordained to the priesthood for the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter on 29 March 2014 and is now a priest of the Diocese of Charleston.
Fr. Duncan has served parishes in both North Texas and South Carolina and is currently the Director of Spiritual Care at Bon Secours St Francis Health. In addition to his work in Catholic Healthcare, Fr. Duncan is the chaplain to St. Joseph’s Catholic School, Catholic chaplain to Furman University, and assisting priest at St. Mary’s, Greenville. He has travelled throughout the area preaching parish missions and speaking to various groups on the subject of youth, young adults, and evangelization. Father Duncan is a member of Legatus, the Knights of Columbus, and the Church Music Association of America.

There may also be some available spots on Rhett Street or Main Street.
